Secretary’s Message
It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to Live and Let Live (LALL), an organization committed to creating a more inclusive, sustainable, and empowered society.
At LALL, we believe that true development is achieved when every individual—especially farmers, women, youth, tribal communities, and people from marginalized sections—gets the opportunity to build a dignified and sustainable livelihood. Our approach is rooted in community participation, capacity building, innovation, and sustainable development.
Over the years, we have been working closely with communities to strengthen livelihoods through agriculture and allied activities, promote women’s empowerment, support farmer institutions and FPOs, encourage entrepreneurship, and improve access to knowledge, technology, and opportunities.
Our journey has been strengthened by the trust and participation of communities, as well as the support of government departments, development institutions, financial organizations, partner agencies, and dedicated field-level professionals. We value these partnerships and believe that collective action is essential to address the challenges faced by rural communities.
Going forward, LALL remains committed to expanding its grassroots presence and developing practical, community-driven solutions that create lasting social and economic impact. We will continue to work with integrity, transparency, and dedication while keeping the needs and aspirations of the communities at the heart of everything we do.
