President’s Message

It is with great pride and a deep sense of responsibility that I welcome you to Live and Let Live (LALL)—an organization committed to creating positive and sustainable change in the lives of communities at the grassroots level.

At LALL, our fundamental belief is simple yet powerful: every person deserves dignity, opportunity, and the ability to build a better future. Development becomes meaningful when it reaches the last mile, strengthens the capacities of communities, and enables people to become drivers of their own social and economic progress.

Our journey is rooted in a strong commitment to inclusive development, sustainable livelihoods, rural transformation, agriculture, women’s empowerment, tribal development, youth engagement, and community institution building. We work alongside communities rather than merely working for them, recognizing their knowledge, aspirations, and leadership as essential components of sustainable development.

In an increasingly changing world, rural communities face challenges related to climate change, market uncertainty, limited access to technology and finance, unemployment, and changing agricultural conditions. LALL is committed to responding to these challenges through innovative, participatory, and locally relevant solutions that strengthen resilience and create sustainable livelihood opportunities.

We place particular emphasis on empowering farmers, women, tribal communities, youth, and grassroots institutions by improving access to knowledge, skills, technology, markets, financial services, and institutional support. Through strengthening community organizations and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), promoting entrepreneurship, and encouraging sustainable agricultural practices, we aim to contribute to stronger and more resilient rural economies.

We firmly believe that lasting development cannot be achieved in isolation. Partnership, collaboration, transparency, and accountability are at the core of our approach. We value our association with government institutions, development agencies, financial institutions, technical organizations, corporate and CSR partners, community institutions, and other stakeholders who share our commitment to inclusive and sustainable development.

As President, I am particularly proud of the dedication demonstrated by our team and the communities with whom we work. Their determination, resilience, and willingness to embrace change continue to inspire us. Their progress is not simply a measure of our work—it is the true measure of our purpose.

Looking ahead, LALL is determined to expand its reach, strengthen its institutional capacity, promote innovative development models, and create greater opportunities for communities to achieve economic independence, social inclusion, and sustainable growth. We aspire to build an organization that is trusted for its integrity, recognized for the quality of its work, and remembered for the positive impact it creates.

I extend my sincere gratitude to all our community members, staff, partners, supporters, government agencies, development institutions, and well-wishers for their continued trust and cooperation. Your support strengthens our resolve to serve with commitment and responsibility.
